Westbrooke Green

Westbrooke Green is a proposed horizontal mixed-use property located at the intersection of 75th Street and Quivira Road in Shawnee, Kansas. Upon completion, the Project is planned to include up to approximately eleven commercial buildings containing a mix of retail and/or office uses over 100,000 square feet, and approximately three multifamily buildings containing approximately 340 units.

The key-guiding principle at Westbrooke Green is the ‘Central Green.’

Rethinking residential living

The proposed infrastructure including parking, garages, open courtyard space, town square, landscaping, lighting, utilities, storm water improvements, water features, sidewalks and walkways, streets and drives, and other infrastructure and amenity improvements will be new construction. The project will also include the refacing of  the existing retail buildings to accommodate current tenants.

Central Green

The project is centered around the central ‘Green’, which is a community lawn. The ‘Central Green’ will be a notable space in the community, which will create opportunities for community events and programs to enhance the tenants’ and residents’ experience.

Bringing new life to the city of Shawnee

At Westbrooke Green, we plan to revitalize the Westbrooke Village Shopping Center and bring new life to the city of Shawnee. While the convenience of living on the grounds will be unmatched, Westbrooke will not be limited to serving just its residents.

We are thrilled to be able to invite the surrounding community to shop, dine and check off life’s daily to-dos at our retail shops. Westbrooke Green will offer a variety of retail shops and local restaurants – both dine-in and drive-through. The Pedestrian network will connect with the entirety of the project and create a walkable, “town center” feel.
