Office Share Business to Open in Downtown Aspen Building

A city commission last week gave a developer flexibility on where required affordable housing could be built based on the promise that a planned new building would include shared office space that could be rented on a short-term basis. The pitch was seen as so innovative, the requirement for co-working space was written into the land use approval.
